RESPAWN YOUTH
Respawn Direct is for students who want to join our community independently, with no school required. In this clinic-style program, players train in a structured, supportive environment led by experienced coaches. Respawn Direct is more than coaching; it’s a community where students grow as players and as people.
Your membership includes a jersey, group coaching, team-based gameplay, and a supportive learning community.
League of Legends | Mondays & Wednesdays | 7:30 – 9:00 PM EST
Valorant | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7:00 – 8:30 PM EST
Program Duration
Start Date: September 8, 2025
End Date: June 8, 2026
Students strengthen their ability to express ideas clearly, listen actively, and adapt quickly in team settings. They also practice managing conflicts productively and learn how to work toward shared goals through collaboration and coordinated play.
Through structured roles, students build leadership by guiding strategies and supporting teammates. They also grow accountability by taking ownership of their actions and develop dependability by showing up consistently and contributing to the team.
Each session challenges students to make decisions under pressure, adjust when strategies shift, and analyze outcomes to identify areas for growth. These experiences teach them to think critically, solve problems creatively, and apply lessons beyond the game.
Students gain confidence through measurable progress, patience by staying calm in setbacks, and resilience by bouncing back from mistakes. They also practice time management, sharpen focus, and translate teamwork skills from the game into real-world settings.
