RESPAWN YOUTH
Respawn Youth is looking for potential coaches who believe gaming can be a tool for growth, leadership, and connection.
Respawn Youth is a STEM.org–accredited esports education organization that uses structured gaming to teach life skills. We partner with schools, youth centers, and community programs nationwide to create play-to-learn environments where students grow as competitors and as people.
Gaming is the medium. Development is the mission.
You don’t need to be a former pro.
We’re looking for people who:
Have strong knowledge of their game (League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant, etc.)
Enjoy working with middle and high school students
Can explain concepts clearly and patiently
Value teamwork, accountability, and growth
Are open to learning how to connect in-game lessons to real life skills
